Refund policy

The customer has the right to return the undamaged and unused goods in their original packaging free of charge (postage to be paid by the customer) for a period of 14 days. The goods shall be returned to Lasermed AG in CH-9325 Roggwil TG.

If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us before returning them.
